Who we are
BEAM Collaborative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These terms apply when you use this website or take part in BEAM's programs.
What BEAM provides, and what it doesn't
BEAM is an independent decision partner. We prepare owners and buyers to make ownership decisions, and we connect them to the attorneys, lenders, accountants and advisors who carry out the transaction. BEAM does not broker deals, and nothing BEAM provides is a guarantee of a sale, a buyer, a price, or the survival of a business.
Reports, valuations, guides and classes are educational. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and they do not replace advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation.
Your information
The material you provide — questionnaire answers, financial documents, business details — needs to be accurate for the output to be useful. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Programs and fees
Current program scope, availability, and pricing are discussed with BEAM before enrollment. Fees and proceeds support BEAM's charitable mission.
Your content and ours
The content on this site belongs to BEAM Collaborative. You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. Reproducing BEAM's program materials for commercial use requires written permission.
